Discover Rules and Tips
- You can earn multiple signup offers for the same card. However, you can only have a maximum of two Discover cards, and you can only get one card per year.
- If you are initially declined, there is a good chance that you can still get the card if you call their reconsideration line. You just may need to make a few changes to your accounts.
- You can usually get a referral bonus. Typically, both you and your referral will get an extra $50. Check online.
- Advanced Details. Discover will match a better signup offer if it becomes available during the first few months you have your card. They will send your card via priority mail.
