Credit Card Reference, Introduction to 'Transferable' Reward Points
Diners Club’s reward program is called Club Rewards. Club Rewards homepage.
Diners Club’s still operates a transferable points program. However, it is not currently possible to sign up for one of their credit cards. If you aren’t already a cardholder, there is no way to take advantage of the program.
Airline transfer partners
Most transfers take a few days. In some cases, they can take up to a couple of weeks.

Remember that you can use miles from any of these programs to book awards with any of that program’s partner airlines. So, you can transfer your Diners's Club Reward points to Air Canada, and then use those points to fly United, any of the two dozen or so other airlines that are part of the Star Alliance, or any of Air Canada’s other airline partners.
Hotel transfer partners
The typical value that you can get from many types of hotel points is well under 1 cent per point. So, it will rarely make sense to transfer your points to a hotel partner. However, when you transfer Diner’s club points to Best Western, you get enough hotel points that it can sometimes be worthwhile.

Credit cards
Diners Club is currently not accepting applications for their credit cards, except to members of certain organizations or employees of certain businesses.

The Diners Club Elite card earns bonus rewards on groceries, gas, and drug stores, and is the best card to use to earn Diners Club points from your purchases. However, given the $300 annual fee and the availability of airport lounge benefits from other credit cards, it is hard to recommend holding onto this card.
